1981  Graduated with Bachelor of Engineering Degree, Civil Engineering from University of Sydney.

1981  Joined Kneebone & Beretta Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd as a Structural Design Engineer.

1992  Director of Kneebone, Beretta & Hall Pty Ltd at Penrith. Responsibilities with firm include carrying out of structural design of reinforced concrete, steel and timber structures for residential, commercial and industrial projects, dealing with clients, carrying out inspections on building sites as required at various stages of construction and the preparation of reports.

1998  Registered NPER in Category of 'Structural Engineering' complying with Institute of Engineers Australia requirements for continuing professional development.
